Renewal Eligibility & Registration

This portal is an accelerated update service for providers who have previously completed a full provider course. It is not intended for initial certifications.

Requirements for Registration:

• Proof of Previous Certification: You will be asked to provide the date of your last certification/recertification.
• Clinical Verification: You must provide the name of a supervisor or clinical peer familiar with your resuscitation skills.
• Resident Status: Renewal courses are currently available only to returning Texas-based clients.

Our Certification Pathways

The Certification Process

1. Study & Review: Access our streamlined 2025 study materials and practice exams.
2. Examination: Complete the online written exam and virtual skills check-off at your own pace.
3. Validation: Following a security question and a brief feedback survey, your results are processed immediately.
4. Credential Delivery: Your official Provider e-Card will be emailed to you within 7–10 business days (often sooner).

Automated Expiration Tracking

Never let your credentials lapse again. Our automated “Renewal Reminder” system is designed for busy clinicians. We will email you two months and one month before your expiration date with a direct link to your renewal portal, ensuring you remain compliant and ready for the floor.
